Alright so if you thought filing US taxes were annoying try filing a foriegn tax return..not fun...I've just started and thought I'd share something amusing on the first page it asks name and all that of course but it also asks for Title, now on the US one it'd on give you options of Mr, Miss, Mrs, etc. here is a sampling of some of the choices for Title on the Australian tax form:

Count

Dame
His/Her Royal Highness

Viscount
Not by any means an exhaustive list there are heaps more titles..wonder if you are his/her royal highness if you get a phatty tax return.

I've just finished up two years living in Australia and am headed to South America next, although that could change at anytime thus the benefit of this blog for constant updates on my whereabouts, state of mind, and my latest ramblings.

Eric- my little brother, I’m always dragging him into some nonsense and even though he complains I know he secretly loves it!
Joey-one of my bestest friends, we grew up together in Crowley, TX, Joey now lives in San Francisco, which makes it convenient for us to cause trouble together.
Claire-I wouldn’t have survived Brisbane or my masters degree without Claire, I think sometimes we share the same brain which can be a dangerous thing. Claire is now teaching English in Japan which of course I convinced her to do and then I didn’t end up going, but she forgives me!!
Danielle- Her and her boyfriend Conor were my flatmates in Sydney, being Irish they were always up for something and we had lots of adventures together, especially when Danielle and I got a hold of lots of vodka lemonades.
Soot Face-a Dutch girl that I did my masters with, when we were in a group together and supposed to present information about a company, she suggested that we put soot on our faces and pretend the company had burned down.
Mad Mary- my British flatmate in Sydney, Mary would drink lots of wine every night and be good entertainment for the house, and of course she is a bit mad.
