Happy 2005 everyone..I did in fact survive New Years Eve and I had an absolute blast. It was definetly a good idea to be on a boat in Sydney Harbour, we had the best view of the fireworks and it was a great crowd of about 100 of us on the boat, open bar, DJ..awesome weather and views. As we speak I'm actually downloading photos of the night..lots of good ones I must say. They had fireworks at 9pm and Midnight with the Midnight ones being the best of course. The theme was reflections so they had a mirror of the fireworks going off at the bridge of the exact same fireworks on the other side if that makes sense..it was really awesome looking. Also got 2 new roomates yesterday both Irish and on Monday get one more new roomate who's also Irish so they are taking over the house!! Really sad to see my 3 roomates go, they've become like family in the last 2 months but we'll all keep in touch and I'll probably see them again before I leave Australia. Also I have lots of people to go visit in Britain now! Hope everyone has a great and prosperous new year...I haven't set any resolutions this year..kinda living my resolution right now so it'd be pointless. Look for the pics in your inbox!

I've just finished up two years living in Australia and am headed to South America next, although that could change at anytime thus the benefit of this blog for constant updates on my whereabouts, state of mind, and my latest ramblings.

Eric- my little brother, I’m always dragging him into some nonsense and even though he complains I know he secretly loves it!
Joey-one of my bestest friends, we grew up together in Crowley, TX, Joey now lives in San Francisco, which makes it convenient for us to cause trouble together.
Claire-I wouldn’t have survived Brisbane or my masters degree without Claire, I think sometimes we share the same brain which can be a dangerous thing. Claire is now teaching English in Japan which of course I convinced her to do and then I didn’t end up going, but she forgives me!!
Danielle- Her and her boyfriend Conor were my flatmates in Sydney, being Irish they were always up for something and we had lots of adventures together, especially when Danielle and I got a hold of lots of vodka lemonades.
Soot Face-a Dutch girl that I did my masters with, when we were in a group together and supposed to present information about a company, she suggested that we put soot on our faces and pretend the company had burned down.
Mad Mary- my British flatmate in Sydney, Mary would drink lots of wine every night and be good entertainment for the house, and of course she is a bit mad.
